1 Lifetime "Ironclad" Warranty
Applicable Products: All Grills and Cast Iron Cookware.
We build our artillery to last a lifetime. If your grill or cast iron piece fails due to a manufacturing defect or breaks during regular, intended use, we’ve got your back.
2 Legend-Tier Service & Logistics
At Browns Outdoor, we know that when you order gear, you want it yesterday. We ship from our home base in British Columbia, ensuring your cast iron and grills are packed with the same care we put into building them.
- Processing: Most orders are processed and tracking is provided within 24 hours.
- Shipping Rates: We offer flat-rate shipping across Canada and the USA, with expedited options available at checkout.
- Returns: We stand by our gear. If your product is unfired and in its original condition, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping costs).
- The "Used Gear" Rule: Because of the nature of cast iron and open-fire cooking, we cannot accept returns on items that have been seasoned, cooked with, or placed in a fire. If you’ve used it, you own it—but don’t worry, it’s built to last a lifetime.

- Lifetime Integrity Warranty: We guarantee our heavy-duty iron and steel construction against manufacturer defects for the life of the product. If the structure of your Man Grill or Cast Iron fails under normal outdoor use, we’ll make it right.
- What’s Not Covered: * Rust: Surface rust is a part of the cast iron journey and is easily fixed with a re-season (check our Care Guide!). It is not a defect.
- Neglect: Our gear is tough, but it still needs love. Damage from improper storage or extreme intentional abuse isn't covered.
- Claims: To start a claim, simply use our Warranty Claim Form in the footer.
4 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
Applicable Products: All other merchandise (Apparel, Accessories, Fuel, etc.).
If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
- Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.
- Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
5 How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim

- Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address.
